Mentorloop Pro 

Ideal for organisations starting a straightforward mentoring program using predefined themes. Designed with non-profits and community groups in mind. Starting from $299 per month.

You can sign up for Pro directly in the app and start building your program right away.

Subscription Terms and Conditions

  • Contract Duration: Monthly Pro subscriptions are available in the app unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless a cancellation request is received at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Payment methods for Pro

Subscriptions are purchased online on a monthly or annual basis, payable via credit card or invoice (annual only).

Simply register for Pro and build your program. Select Pay to review and select a subscription tier.  

For monthly subscriptions, select your preferred tier and follow the prompts to pay via credit card. Once paid, your program is fully unlocked and ready for launch, whenever you’re ready.

For annual subscriptions, select your preferred annual tier and complete the invoice form. Your invoice will be emailed to you immediately. You will have 14 days to pay via bank deposit or credit card. Once payment is received, your program is fully unlocked and ready to launch, whenever you’re ready. 

Mentorloop Enterprise

Tailored for larger organisations seeking bespoke mentoring solutions. Includes personalised support, Single Sign-On (SSO), integrations, and bespoke matching algorithms.

Changing your Subscription

To change your subscription details: 

  1. Review your subscription for any notice period requirements. Any changes must be provided to the support@mentorloop.com team, 30 days before your renewal date. 
  2. Contact your Mentorloop Account Manager or email support@mentorloop.com with your request or if you'd like an update on what your Mentorloop Subscription is. 
  3. Our team will confirm the next steps
