How Recurring Meetings work

When you set up a recurring meeting, Mentorloop creates 6 meetings in advance to ensure your preferred time and date remain available.
This helps avoid scheduling conflicts and keeps your mentoring relationship on track.

As soon as one meeting is completed, a new meeting is automatically added to maintain a total of 6 upcoming meetings.
This ensures you always have sessions planned without having to reschedule manually.

You can view, edit, or cancel upcoming meetings in Mentorloop at any time.
If you need to adjust the frequency or timing, simply update your meeting settings to fit your schedule.

You can cancel recurring meetings like you usually do in your 1:1 loop when you select cancel, follow up and choose to cancel 'all occurrences'
