Mentorloop's impact and pulse survey templates are pre-filled with example questions, to help you get started. 

  • For Enterprise customers, simply edit or delete the template questions or add your own - up to 10 questions.
  • Pro customers can select up to 5 questions from the question bank provided. 

Survey Questions for Enterprise

For Enterprise customers, you'll find the templated questions below for both survey types. Use these as a starting point or for inspiration. Enterprise customers have full customisation to be able to edit, delete or create your own questions. Multiple choice questions are limited to at most 20 options.

Impact Survey (Enterprise)

Impact surveys are great to send at the start and end of a mentoring relationship, so you can compare between two points in time in order to measure impact.

For Pro customers, you'll have the option to select up to a maximum of five survey questions from a question bank of pre-created questions. Questions cannot be edited (type or text) nor can new questions be created. You'll be able to re-order the questions by drag-and-drop.
