Bitesize Training is Mentorloop's monthly webinar series for Program Coordinators. Each session runs for approximately 20–30 minutes and is designed to help you run a more confident, impactful, and efficient mentoring program.

Sessions take place on the fourth Thursday of each month. All are free to attend, and recordings are made available on the Help Hub after each session.

April — Run your program with confidence: Mentorloop essentials

Most Program Coordinators learn Mentorloop on the job — which means gaps, workarounds, and time spent on things that should be automatic. This session gives you the foundation to run your program efficiently and confidently, whether you're brand new or just looking to sharpen up.

You'll leave knowing:

  • How to use Mentorloop's core tools without the admin overwhelm
  • The key metrics that signal a healthy program — and what to do when they're off
  • Time-saving features most PCs don't realise exist

May — Ready-made Mentoring Challenges to re-energize your program

When participant engagement starts to plateau, sometimes people just need a prompt — something structured to work towards together. Mentorloop's ready-made Challenges give you a tested way to reignite momentum, with everything your participants need already built.

We'll walk you through:

  • The Goal-Setting, Group Mentoring, and Reverse Mentoring Challenges — and what each is designed to achieve
  • How to choose the right challenge for where your program is right now
  • How to launch with minimal effort using the built-in PC guides and participant toolkits

June — Mentorloop News and Office Hours (Quarterly)

Platform updates happen. New features get released. And it's easy to miss what's changed — or not realise something useful already exists. This quarterly session gives you a consolidated view of everything that's new, what's in development, and direct access to the Mentorloop team to get your questions answered live.

Each session covers:

  • New features and platform improvements, explained plainly
  • Resources and content now available for you and your participants
  • Sneak peeks at what's on the roadmap — and how your feedback is shaping it
  • Open Q&A: bring your questions, leave with answers

July — It’s Award Season! Proving Impact & Showcasing Success

August — Your Program Troubleshooting Toolkit
