Getting the most out of mentoring doesn't happen automatically. Whether you're just starting out, a few months in, or looking to go deeper — our webinars give you the tools, frameworks, and confidence to make your mentoring relationship one that actually changes things.
Each session is approximately 30 minutes, completely free, and open to both mentors and mentees.
Sessions take place on the third Thursday of each month. All are free to attend, and recordings are made available on the Help Hub after each session.
The sessions
🚀 Nailing your first 30 days: Start strong in your mentoring relationships
For mentors and mentees who are just getting started
Most mentoring relationships don't fail because of a bad match. They fail in the first few weeks — before the relationship has a chance to become anything. An awkward first meeting, no clear direction, and suddenly you're both too busy to reschedule.
This session gives you the exact roadmap to make those first 30 days count.
You'll leave with:
- A step-by-step plan for your first 30 days — so you're never unsure what comes next
- A first meeting framework that removes the awkwardness and gets straight to what matters
- The mindset shifts that separate relationships that thrive from ones that quietly fade

🎯 Goal Setting for Success: A Framework That Actually Works
For mentors and mentees who are a few weeks in and want to build real direction
You're showing up. You're having good conversations. But a few months in, you find yourself wondering — what have I actually changed? What have I actually done?
The problem usually isn't commitment. It's goals that are too vague, too safe, or misaligned from the start. This session gives you a practical framework for setting goals that create real momentum.
You'll leave with:
- A way to tell the difference between goals you think you should have and ones that actually matter to you
- A three-step framework that turns big aspirations into concrete, achievable milestones
- A clear picture of how to bring your mentor in as an active partner in your progress — not just a sounding board

⚡ Unlocking the next level of mentoring: From good to great
For mentors and mentees who are 4–6 months in and ready to go deeper
You've done the hard part. You built the relationship. You've had real conversations. But somewhere around month six, something shifts. The meetings start to feel a little samey. You're not sure what to bring to the next session. Rescheduling gets easier to justify.
This isn't a sign something's wrong — it's a sign you're ready for the next level.
You'll leave with:
- Practical tools to refresh your agenda so conversations feel purposeful again
- Ideas for expanding your mentoring practice — reverse mentoring, peer connections, and more
- A framework for navigating the natural ebbs, evolving the relationship, and closing with intention when the time comes
