As a Program Coordinator, one of the most effective things you can do to support your participants is connect them to the right resources at the right moment. Our participant webinar series does exactly that — giving your mentors and mentees practical guidance, at every stage of their mentoring journey.

Sessions run throughout the year and cycle through three core topics, each designed for a different stage of the mentoring relationship. You're encouraged to share these directly with your participants via email, your internal comms, or Mentorloop's bulk messaging tool.

Sessions take place on the third Thursday of each month. All are free to attend, and recordings are made available on the Help Hub after each session.

The sessions

Nailing your first 30 days: Starting strong in your mentoring relationships

Best shared with participants at the start of a new program or cohort

Most mentoring relationships don't fail because of a bad match. They fail in the first few weeks — before the relationship has a chance to become anything. This session gives participants a clear roadmap for those critical early weeks, so they start with momentum instead of uncertainty.

Participants will leave with:

  • A step-by-step plan for their first 30 days
  • A first meeting framework that removes the awkwardness and gets straight to what matters
  • The mindset shifts that separate relationships that thrive from ones that quietly fade

📅 Dates:

  • Thursday 16 April 2026
  • Thursday 16 July
  • Thursday 15 October

Goal Setting for Success: A Framework That Actually Works

Best shared with participants 2–4 weeks into a program

Good conversations aren't enough. This session helps participants set goals that create real direction in their mentoring relationship — so every session moves them somewhere, and progress is something they can actually see.

Participants will leave with:

  • A way to identify goals that genuinely matter to them (not just ones they think they should have)
  • A three-step framework for turning big aspirations into achievable milestones
  • A clear picture of how their mentor can be an active partner in their progress

📅 Dates:

  • Thursday 21 May 2026
  • Thursday 20 August 2026
  • Thursday 19 November 2026

Unlocking the next level of mentoring: From good to great

Best shared with participants 6+ months into a program

Around the halfway point, many mentoring relationships plateau. Conversations feel familiar. Momentum slips. This session is for participants who are ready to take their relationship from good to genuinely great — before it quietly winds down.

Participants will leave with:

  • Practical tools to refresh their agenda and make conversations feel purposeful again
  • Ideas for expanding their mentoring practice — reverse mentoring, peer connections, and more
  • A framework for navigating the natural ebbs, evolving the relationship, and closing with intention

📅 Dates:

  • Thursday 18 June 2026
  • Thursday 17 September 2026
  • Thursday 17 December 2026

How to promote these to your participants

The more participants who attend, the more momentum your program will have. Here are a few simple ways to share:

  • At program launch: share the registration link for Nailing your first 30 days in your welcome communications
  • A few weeks in: send the goal-setting session link via bulk message, alongside a nudge to book their next mentoring meeting
  • Mid-program: share the unlocking the next level session as a way to re-energise relationships that may be plateauing
  • Via Mentorloop: use in-platform messaging to share the relevant link directly with your participant group
