What is the Organisation Dashboard?
The Organisation Dashboard is an organisation-level view in Mentorloop that gives Organisation Admins and Program Coordinators a single place to see all mentoring programs, team members, and key metrics across their organisation. Instead of navigating between individual programs, you can monitor and manage everything from one centralised hub.
Who Can Access the Organisation Dashboard?
The Organisation's Dashboard is accessible to Organisation Admins on Mentorloop Enterprise plans. Organisation Admins can see all programs within their organisation, while Program Coordinators will see the programs they are assigned to. Access permissions are configured by your Mentorloop Customer Success Manager.
There are two key roles that interact with the Organisation's Dashboard:

Organisation Admin (All Programs) Can view all programs across the organisation, manage team access, and see aggregated impact metrics. This role is ideal for senior stakeholders, L&D leaders, or anyone who oversees multiple mentoring programs. |

Organisation Admin (Limited Programs) Can view limited programs (as many as assigned) across the organisation, support the Program Coordinator with program management, and see aggregated impact metrics. This role is ideal for this supporting the Program Coordinator, Senior stakeholders, L&D leaders, or anyone who oversees multiple mentoring programs. |

Program Coordinator Can view the programs they are assigned to, along with team members associated with those programs. Program Coordinators continue to manage day-to-day program operations from their individual program dashboards. |
What Can You See on the Organisation Dashboard?
The Organisation Dashboard is organised into key sections designed to give you a clear picture of your organisation's mentoring activity at a glance.
Programs
The Programs section displays all current and closed mentoring programs within your organisation. You can see program status, participant counts, and quickly navigate into any individual program for detailed management. If you need to add a new program, use the Add New Program button to submit a request to your Mentorloop Customer Success Manager.
From the Programs section, you can:
- View all active programs currently running across your organisation
- Access closed programs for historical reference and reporting
- Navigate directly into any program's individual dashboard
- Request the creation of a new program via the Add New Program button
Team
The Team section shows all team members associated with your organisation's mentoring programs. Each person is displayed on a team card that shows their name, role (Organisation Admin or Program Coordinator), and which programs they are connected to. This makes it easy to understand who is managing what across your organisation.
How to Access the Organisation Dashboard
- Log in to Mentorloop as an Organisation Admin or Program Coordinator
- Look for your Organisation name in the left-hand sidebar navigation
- Click on your Organisation name to open the Organisation Dashboard
- Use the Programs and Team sections to navigate across your organisation's mentoring activity
Tip: You can always return to an individual program's dashboard by clicking on that program from the Programs section. The Organisation Dashboard is designed to complement, not replace, your existing program-level tools.
How Are Permissions Managed?
Organisation-level permissions are configured by your Mentorloop Customer Success Manager. Granular access controls allow your CSM to define exactly which programs and data each Organisation Admin or Program Coordinator can see. If you need to add a new Organisation Admin or adjust permissions, contact your CSM directly.
How Do I Add a New Program?
To add a new mentoring program to your organisation, click the Add New Program button on the Organisation Dashboard. This will notify your Mentorloop Customer Success Manager, who will work with you to set up and configure the new program. New programs are available as add-ons for Enterprise customers.
Frequently Asked Questions
I'm on Mentorloop Pro, can I access the Organisation Dashboard?
The Organisation Dashboard is an Enterprise-only feature. If you're interested in managing multiple programs or accessing organisation-level insights, contact our team to discuss upgrading to Enterprise.
Can I still see data from closed programs?
Yes. Closed programs remain visible in the Programs section of the Organisation Dashboard for historical reference and reporting purposes.
Do participants see the Organisation Dashboard?
No. The Organisation Dashboard is designed for Organisation Admins and Program Coordinators only. Participants continue to access their individual program dashboards and loops as normal.
How do I add a new Organisation Admin?
To add a new Organisation Admin, contact your Mentorloop Customer Success Manager. They will configure the appropriate permissions for the new team member.
Does this replace my program-level dashboard?
No. The Organisation Dashboard provides an organisation-wide overview. Your existing program-level dashboards, tools, and features remain unchanged. You can navigate between the organisation view and individual program dashboards at any time.
