See all of your program insights in one place
Organisation Insights gives Organisation Admins a single view of mentoring performance across all programs — replacing the manual spreadsheets many teams rely on to track cross-program data. It sits within your Organisation Dashboard and updates automatically as your programs run.
What metrics are on the Organisation Insights Dashboard?
Life-changing connections A summary of all loops across your organisation, broken down by active, archived, and closed. The loop composition bar shows how your portfolio is distributed at a glance. Why it matters: See whether your mentoring activity is growing, plateauing, or winding down, without opening each program individually. | Your mentoring community Shows which programs are the largest, and where there's overlap in participation, across your organisation. Why it matters: Identify where your mentoring activity is most concentrated. Identify your super-users who are in multiple programs. |
Your growing community A line graph showing how total participation across your organisation has grown over time, including participants from closed programs and those no longer active. Why it matters: Demonstrate the full scale of your organisation's mentoring investment over time, even as individual programs open and close. | Moments of recognition A total badge count across all programs, broken down into kudos badges (peer-to-peer recognition) and achievement badges (progress milestones). Why it matters: Recognition activity is a useful signal of program participation and engagement; low badge counts can prompt a closer look. |
The quality of your connections Your average Mentoring Quality Score (MQS) across all programs, with a trend line per program over time and a benchmark for comparison. Also shows post-meeting and close-loop scores separately. Why it matters: Track whether mentoring quality is improving over time and identify programs that may benefit from additional Program Coordinator attention. | Time saved with Mentorloop An estimate of admin hours saved by running your programs in Mentorloop versus managing them manually, shown as a percentage saved and an hour comparison. Why it matters: A ready-made impact figure for reporting to leadership or building the case for expanding your mentoring investment. |
What historical data is included in Organisation Insights?
Organisation Insights includes data from closed programs. Your organisation's mentoring history is never lost when a program ends, use it for demonstrating cumulative impact over time. Dig into each program to understand your programs detail, and report on program impact separately.
What is Mentor Bench?
The Mentoring Bench is often the most underused asset in a mentoring program. These are experienced participants who may be ready to go again — you don't need to recruit from scratch every cycle. It's a useful way to see how much mentoring experience exists in your organisation that could be tapped for future programs.
Re-engagement is significantly cheaper than new acquisition. Benched participants have already been matched, onboarded, and had a positive experience. The ability to re-engage your Mentor Bench with one click is coming soon.
The mentor bench is made up of:
- Those who can rejoin an active program (they are not currently Active in the program), or;
- They were Active in a program which has now been closed (they were not a Removed user when the program closed)
