How to share a file within your loop:

If you'd like to send a file within your Loop (e.g. a CV or document), head to your intended Loop. You can upload files in three ways within the 1:1 Loop:

Loop page

Files tab

Loop chat

Simply click the + symbol in the bottom, then select 'Upload a File'. Here you can select a file from your computer or phone, and add an optional description of the file before sending it within your Loop.

Having trouble uploading a file? Try the steps below:

  1. If you are using your organisation's network, try using your personal wifi or mobile instead;

  2. Contact your internal IT department to see if it is being blocked;

  3. Reach out to Mentorloop support (support@mentorloop.com) for further assistance.
