Keep your Mentorloop profile up to date so your Program Coordinator can match you accurately, and so other participants see current information about you. Your profile answers are used as matching criteria for Manual Match, the Smart Match Algorithm, and Self Match.
Your profile also helps Mentorloop generate ✦ AI meeting agendas tailored to your experience, goals, skills, and expectations.
How do I update my Mentorloop profile?
Select your name or profile picture in the top-right corner of your dashboard, choose Program Profile, make your changes, and save before leaving the page.
- Navigate to your account settings on the top right-hand side and select Program Profile.
- Your profile information will open. Navigate through each section and make the necessary changes.
- Select Save before navigating away — your changes will not be stored otherwise.
If you're enrolled in → multiple programs, you will see a separate profile for each one, representing the role you play in each. Make sure you update the correct program profile.
How do I change my mentoring role from mentee to mentor?
You can update your role from Mentee to Mentor, or select Both, directly from your program profile. → Navigate to your Program Profile as described above and go through your answers, updating your role type where you see fit.
Some mentoring programs have not opted for a "Both" option. If you don't see it, check with your Program Coordinator.
Profile, Account and Registration Form Ownership:
Participant registration forms and profiles are only editable by participants themselves, Program Coordinators can not edit participant profile, role or sign-up form data. This is by design, as the data is owned by the participant.
If profile fields need to be updated due to incorrect or outdated information, participants can do this via their Account Menu > Program Profile, edit the relevant fields.
A participant can access and update their profile at any time! We encourage participants to review profile information regularly, ensuring profile data remains accurate. This allows Mentorloop to consistently deliver high-quality matches, based on current objectives, skills and experience.
