Unfortunately, there may be a time when you have messaged your mentor or mentee but do not receive a response back. If this happens, we recommend trying the steps below:

1. Try messaging them again! They're probably not ignoring you, they might have just missed the message notification in the course of their busy day.

2. Contact your mentoring Program Coordinator, see what they recommend. You can locate your Program Coordinator via your Mentorloop dashboard.

3. If the above fails, feel free to contact us, we'd love to see if we can help where possible.
