Finding time for a mentoring meeting can be difficult especially if you are not from the same organisation with shared calendars. Now, you can connect your calendar to make it easier than ever to find a time to meet!
To connect your calendar with Mentorloop, simply follow these three simple steps:
Step 1
Log into your account, navigate to your profile at the top right, and select Integrations.
Under Calendars, select the calendar you would like to integrate.
If you use Outlook with a work email, select Office 365 as your provider. If you are using your personal Outlook email, select Outlook.com.
Step 2
Link your account by approving Cronofy.
Step 3
Success! Your calendar should be successfully integrated with Mentorloop. Head to your loop to schedule a meeting.
Step 4
Set your availability! If you don't already have working hours set within your email settings, the calendar integration defaults your availability from Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm. Feel free to update this to suit your schedule.
