Finding a time for a mentoring meeting can be difficult, especially if you are not from the same organization with shared calendars.
Connecting your calendar With Mentorloop allows you and your mentoring partner to see each others' availability and more easily schedule your meetings.
How to connect your calendar with Mentorloop
Step 1
Log into your account, navigate to your profile at the top right, and select Integrations.
Under Calendars, select the calendar you would like to integrate.
If you use work email with Microsoft, try the Office 365 or Exchange providers
If you are using a personal email with Microsoft, try the Outlook.com provider
Step 2
Link your account by approving Cronofy.
Step 3
Success! Your calendar should be successfully integrated with Mentorloop. Head to your loop to schedule a meeting.
Step 4
Editing your availability
If you don't already have working hours set within your email settings, the calendar integration defaults your availability from Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm. Feel free to update this to suit your schedule.
