Managing your Mentorloop password, including what to do if you're locked out, how to reset a forgotten password, and how to update it from your account settings.

What are the password requirements?

Mentorloop passwords must be at least 12 characters long. There are no other character-type requirements, but a longer password with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols is always more secure.

Already have an account?

If your current password is shorter than 12 characters, it will continue to work until you next reset or change it, at which point you'll be prompted to create one that meets the new requirement.

What happens if I enter my password incorrectly?

After 3 failed login attempts, Mentorloop will temporarily lock your account for 15 minutes. Once the lockout period has passed, you can try again or reset your password.

If you are still unable to log in after resetting your password, contact support@mentorloop.com for further assistance.

How do I reset a forgotten password?

  1. On the Mentorloop login page, select Reset password in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Mentorloop account.
  3. Open the reset link in the email you receive and follow the prompts to set a new password.

Didn't receive the reset email?

Check your junk or spam folder first. If it's not there, contact support@mentorloop.com and we'll help you get back in.

How do I update my password?

If you know your current password and want to change it:

  1. Log in to Mentorloop.
  2. Select your profile icon in the top-right corner and go to Account Settings.
  3. Locate the password section and follow the prompts to set a new password.

Your new password must be at least 12 characters long.
