Password Lockout
After 3 failed attempts, Mentorloop will temporarily lock your account for 15 minutes before you can attempt to log in or you can reset your password.
If after you have reset your password, you are still unable to log in, contact support@mentorloop.com for further assistance.
Reset Password
- To reset your password, select Reset password on the bottom left of the login page.

Enter your email address to receive a reset password link.

Update Password
If you would like to update your password, simply log into Mentorloop and navigate to your Account Settings in the top right-hand corner.
