Why do you need to confirm your email?

To complete the process of becoming a mentor or mentee and get access to Mentorloop, you need to confirm your email address. Until you do, you won't be able to log in and get started.

How to confirm your email

1. A confirmation email is sent to your inbox as soon as you start filling out the sign-up form.
2. Open the email and click the activation link inside it.
3. Once you've clicked the link, you can successfully log into Mentorloop and begin your mentoring journey!

If your confirmation email hasn't arrived, first check your Spam or Junk folder just in case.

Check your Spam or Junk folder first. If it's still not there, try logging into Mentorloop, you'll be prompted to confirm your email, and a new confirmation email and link will be sent to you.

My activation link isn't working, why?

If you've requested more than one confirmation email, only the most recent one has a valid activation link. Open the latest email in your inbox and use the link there.

Can I access Mentorloop before confirming my email?

No. Confirming your email completes the process of becoming a mentor or mentee, so you'll need to confirm it before you can log in and get started.
