- If you are not logged into Mentorloop, an email will arrive at your inbox.
If you are not receiving Mentorloop emails, below are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve:
- Check your junk/spam folder;
- See if the email address in your account is entered correctly;
- If using a work email, see if your IT team needs to whitelist our domains.
