Not receiving email notifications

The team at Mentorloop will work with your Program Coordinator to send regular updates as well as mentoring tips to help guide you through your mentoring journey.

  • If you are logged into Mentorloop, you will receive a notification when you receive a message.
  • If you are not logged into Mentorloop, an email will arrive at your inbox.

If you are not receiving Mentorloop emails, below are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve:

  1. Check your junk/spam folder;
  2. See if the email address in your account is entered correctly;
  3. If using a work email, see if your IT team needs to whitelist our domains.
