To access your signup form, navigate to Program Settings from your top navigation. From your top navigation, you'll be able to quickly copy your sign up link or preview your form.

Within the Program settings, you will find the signup form. You can either:

• Preview your signup form 
• Activate/deactivate the link (if your program is at capacity, deactivate the link to prevent further participants signing up). 
• Send potential participants a link via their email or copy the link
