We recommend you keep your profile updated to ensure better quality matches. This involves uploading an up to date photo of yourself to your profile.
You can do this via the top right corner of your program via Account settings.
If you are trying to upload a picture using your organisation’s corporate network, you may run into some trouble uploading your photo as a result of the security measures put in place by your IT team.
A quick fix is to try uploading your profile picture by logging into Mentorloop either
- on a different browser,
- or on your mobile phone.
In the meantime, to ensure that our system functionality is not further impeded, please have your IT team whitelist the domains listed here in this article, and view Mentorloop’s minimum IT requirements.
