Mentorloop can integrate with any system, like your CRM or HRIS, that has REST-based API leveraging OAuth 2.0, an API key, or basic (username and password) authentication.

How does it work?
- Data flow from HRIS/CRM to Mentorloop: Mentorloop can pull relevant participant data (e.g. department, title, location) from your system. This data is used to enrich participant profiles and streamline management.
- Data flow from Mentorloop to HRIS/CRM: Mentorloop sends mentoring-related data, such as mentoring roles and participation status, back into your HRIS/CRM. This ensure that your system remains the central repository for all key participant information.
What is the setup process?

Initial consultation and requirements gathering: Start by having your HRIS/CRM Administrator complete our Typeform. This helps us understand your technical environment, API capabilities, and specific requirements for integration.

Integration design and planning: Once we have the necessary information, our team will work with you and your HRIS/CRM Administrator to specify the data to be exchanged, mapping fields, outline the flow of information between the systems and configure the integration.
Your HRIS/CRM Administrator will be a crucial part of this process – we cannot integrate without their collaboration. -
Testing and validation: Before going live, you will need to perform testing to validate the integration, ensuring that data is accurately transferred between systems without errors or data loss.
- Go-live and ongoing support: The integration will be activated once testing is complete. We'll provide ongoing support to monitor the integration, address any issues, and make adjustments as needed.
