Zoom 'You cannot authorize the app"

Some organisations restrict which users can consent to giving apps access to their company data. In these scenarios, when you try to connect your Zoom account to Mentorloop, you may see a message saying where you are unable to authorize the app and need pre-approval. 

Simply select pre-approve

Who is approving my authorisation? 

If you are using your work Zoom account, it will either be the IT department or it might your manager who owns the Zoom account. Feel free to also reach out to your Program Coordinator as they might have an idea of who to reach out to!


If you prefer to use your own account, you can simply sign up to Zoom and integrate. 

If you have registered with a free Zoom account, there is a 30 minute limit for meetings that you schedule.
