Throughout their mentoring journey, participants will have the opportunity to share updates on LinkedIn at each milestone. This allows them to keep their peers informed about their progress and accomplishments, ultimately showcasing the success that your mentoring program is having!
Here's what the shareable posts will look like:
Joined the mentoring program
When a new participant joins your program, they have the option to share this news. They may have to connect their LinkedIn Profile first before choosing their preferences in posting or editing their description!

Kudos & Achievement Badges
Participants in your program can share their Kudos and Achievement badges to LinkedIn directly from their Kudos page in Mentorloop.
Kudos Badges are peer-to-peer recognition badges that participants award each other for qualities like Commitment, Trust, Expertise, Creativity, and Networking. When a participant earns a badge, they can share it to LinkedIn with a pre-generated image and editable message.
Achievement Badges are automatically awarded by the platform when participants reach milestones such as completing meetings (Momentum), receiving high mentoring quality ratings (Excellence), completing the Mentoring Training Course (Mentorloop Certified), or finishing all milestones (Mentorloop Champion).
As a Program Coordinator, you can view all badges awarded across your program, including who gave or received each Kudos badge, from your dashboard. Badge activity is also exportable as a CSV report for stakeholder reporting.
