Here at Mentorloop, we don't think anyone ever grows out of mentorship - there is always something we can learn from others. Therefore, as you continue in your mentoring relationships, consider trying Reverse Mentoring in one of your sessions.

What is Reverse Mentoring?

It is a one-to-one mentoring relationship where the mentoring roles are switched to have the more junior employee as a mentor, to provide guidance and insights to the senior employee. Consider levelling up in your mentoring program and consider becoming a mentor/mentee!

Participant Guide

The Reverse Mentoring Participant Guide includes example discussion topics, meeting agendas, and resources to support conversations. The three topics for discussions are:

  1. Generational Differences
  2. Diversity Equity and Inclusion
  3. Environment and Sustainability (including well-being)
