From understanding the fundamentals to overcoming challenges, the course equips you with the knowledge and confidence to foster productive mentor-mentee connections.

How long does the course take and how does it work? ⏱️

The course is self-paced and takes approximately two hours to complete, including time for reflections. We recommend going through the modules in order for a comprehensive understanding, but feel free to explore based on your specific needs.

At the beginning of each module, you'll see a set of learning outcomes to keep you on track. At the end of each module, there's a reflection prompt to help you turn the learnings into actionable steps — they take just a couple of minutes.

Top tip: keep a reflection notebook with you while going through the course. Write down your key takeaways, reflections, and anything else that comes to mind at the end of each module to get the most from this course.

How do I earn the Mentoring Certified badge? 🏅

Once you've completed the course, you can become a Certified Mentoring Participant by completing the course quiz. On successful completion, you'll automatically be awarded the Mentoring Certified badge in the app, viewable on your Kudos page.
