Your program settings help you set yourself up for success and customise your program's look and feel.

This article explains what you can find in your program settings. For guidance on how to get the most out of them, view our customisation tips.

You can find Program settings in your program dropdown menu in the top navigation bar.

How do I manage my signup form?

From program settings, you can:

  • Copy the link to your unique signup link that lets people register for your program, or invite participants in bulk.
  • Preview the form.
  • Activate or deactivate the signup form link. For example, if your program has reached maximum capacity you can deactivate the signup form by toggling off the Active button on the right side (it will be greyed out once deactivated). Anyone who tries to register once the link is deactivated will be notified that registrations are closed.

How do I set a target number of participants?

Set the number of mentors and mentees you are aiming to have in your program. This target will be reflected on your Program Coordinator dashboard.

How do I turn Self Match on or off?

Activate or deactivate Self Match. When Self Match is activated, participants are able to browse mentors and mentees within the program and request a mentoring connection themselves.

How do I limit open match requests?

Specify a maximum number of open requests a single participant can make. This only applies to requests from the participant and does not include accepted, declined and cancelled requests. Changing this value will not impact any currently open requests, and by default it is set to Unlimited requests.

How do I customise my program's look and feel?

Customise the look and feel of your program by changing the program name, colour and logo.

To ensure your logo is clear throughout your dashboard and signup page, use the following specifications:

  • Height: 81px
  • Width: up to 477px
  • Orientation: landscape
  • Format: PNG
  • Background: transparent

How do I edit the signup form welcome message?

Change the message your new members see when they land on the signup form. This is a great place to introduce the purpose of the program and its benefits, or any rules you have in place.

How do I edit the Program Coordinator loop introduction?

Edit the first message your participants receive in their one-to-one loop with the Program Coordinator. This welcomes them to the program and introduces them to next steps.

Top tip: On the right-hand side are special codes that you can copy into the introduction message to automatically include the participant's first name. This saves you from changing the message for each new participant and makes it more personal.

New

The Program Coordinator welcome message now shows as the latest message. When a participant's Program Coordinator loop is created as they join the program, the welcome message set in your Program settings is added as a chat message in that loop and appears as the most recent message in your loops list, so any reply from the participant lands in the same loop, in context.

How do I edit the new match email notification?

When you create a new loop for two participants, they will be sent an email notifying them that they have been matched and introducing them to their partner. You can customise the default email notification message from program settings.

Note that when you create a new loop, you'll still have the opportunity to not send the email, or to customise the message content individually.

New

The new match message now appears in the loop. When you create a match, the new match email notification is also added as a chat message in each participant's Program Coordinator loop — not just sent by email. It appears as the most recent message in your loops list, so if a participant replies to the email, their response lands in the same loop, in context.

How do I add a dashboard introduction message?

This lets you add an optional message for all your participants to see on their dashboards. You can write your message on the left and preview it before posting.

Top tip: It's supported by Markdown syntax, which lets you format your message — change fonts, add links or add bullet points.
