Due to security concerns, you (Program Coordinators) are not permitted to change a participant's email address once they have confirmed their invite and created a Mentorloop account.
This is by design, so that a Program Coordinator can't change a participants email address to their own and gain access to their account and view their private loop.
If a participant needs to update their email, we recommend sending this 'Update your email' article, which provides instructions for participants to update their own email address after logging in.
If a participant is unable to update their email themselves (for example, if their SSO ID has changed and they cannot log in, or if they are locked out due to MFA and cannot access their authenticator), please reach out to Mentorloop Support (support@mentorloop.com) who can assist with updating email addresses via Admin tools when necessary.
