Step 1: Handover with your previous or primary Program Coordinator
Program Coordinators are the owners of Mentoring Programs, and they hold key contextual information like why the program exists, how and when matching occurs, and program timelines. We’d recommend you set up a time with someone who can share this information with you so you’re set up for success.
If you’re an Enterprise Mentorloop Customer, you have access to your Customer Success Manager who will be able to share some further information about your program's technical configurations.
Step 2: Familiarise yourself with Mentorloop using Mentorloop Onboarding and Training Resources

- Guidance on best-practice platform use and Program Coordinator habits
- Troubleshoot technical issues or questions you might have
- Provide strategic recommendations on best-practice mentoring program management
- Review and optimise your program configuration and feature usage
