Program configuration is where you manage integrations and advanced settings for your program, including which third-party tools participants can access, AI features, security requirements, and match limits.

How do I access Program configuration?

Program configuration is a sub-page within your Program settings.

1. Open the program dropdown menu in the top navigation bar and select Program settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Click Program configuration.

From here you can manage two areas: Integrations and Advanced settings.

What integrations can I enable or disable?

The Integrations section controls which third-party tools are available to participants in your program. Each integration is independent, enabling one has no effect on the others.

To toggle an integration, click the switch on the right-hand side of each row. The switch turns grey when an integration is inactive.

• Zoom — When active, participants can generate and share Zoom meeting links directly within their loops. Disable this if your organisation does not use Zoom or prefers a different video tool.
• Slack — When active, participants can connect their Slack account to receive loop notifications and messages in Slack. Disable this if your organisation does not use Slack or if you prefer participants to engage with the platform directly.
• Calendar sync — When active, participants can sync their scheduled mentoring meetings to their personal calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar). Disable this if your organisation has restrictions on calendar integrations.
• Microsoft Teams — When active, participants can generate and share Microsoft Teams meeting links directly within their loops. Disable this if your organisation does not use Teams or prefers a different video tool.

What advanced settings are available?

The Advanced section gives you control over AI features, security requirements, match configuration, and program resources. Settings here apply program-wide.

• Generative AI features — Enable AI-assisted features for your program, including the AI meeting note-taker. When active, participants can use AI tools within their loops. Disable this if your organisation's policy restricts the use of generative AI tools.
• Refer a friend — When active, participants can invite colleagues or contacts to join the program directly from their dashboard. This can be a useful way to grow your participant numbers organically. Disable this if you want tighter control over who joins.
• Notify other coordinators — When active, all Program Coordinators on the program receive notifications for actions taken, not just the coordinator who performed the action. Useful for teams co-managing a program.
• Enforce MFA — When active, participants are required to set up multi-factor authentication the next time they log in. This adds a layer of security to your program. Check with your IT or security team before enabling this if your organisation manages authentication centrally (for example, via SSO).
• Default max matches — Set a default limit on the number of active mentoring connections a participant can have at one time. This is particularly useful for high-demand programs where you want to ensure mentor availability is distributed fairly. Participants cannot exceed this number without a coordinator creating an additional match on their behalf.
• Program resource hub URL — Add a link to an external resource (such as an intranet page, learning management system, or program handbook) that participants can access from their dashboard. Leave this blank if you don't have a dedicated resource hub.
