Mentorloop integrates with a range of tools your participants already use, making it easier to keep mentoring front of mind without adding friction to their day. This article gives you an overview of what's available and how to enable each integration for your program.
Enabling integrations for your program
Zoom, Slack, Calendar sync, and Microsoft Teams can be enabled or disabled for your program from Programme configuration in your Program settings. See Programme Configuration: Integrations and Advanced Settings for instructions.
How do I get participants to use the Mentorloop mobile app?
The Mentorloop mobile app is free on iOS and Android. Participants can access their loop, send messages, complete surveys, and receive push notifications, keeping mentoring front of mind without needing to log in via a browser. Encouraging participants to download the app is one of the simplest ways to improve engagement and survey completion rates.

Push notifications and surveys
Participants who have push notifications enabled are automatically prompted to complete their MQS and post-meeting surveys via the mobile app. This is one of the most effective ways to improve survey completion rates across your program.
Note: push notifications apply to MQS and post-meeting surveys. The closed-loop survey is completed from within the loop itself and is not triggered by a push notification.
Can participants connect their calendar to Mentorloop?
Yes. Mentorloop integrates with Google, iCloud, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Outlook.com. Once connected, participants can schedule sessions based on real availability, launch video meetings, and keep mentoring sessions in their calendar automatically.
- Suggests the best time to meet based on participants' availability
- Syncs with Mentorloop in real time
- Supports Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and phone as preferred meeting tools
The Calendar sync integration can be toggled on or off for your program from Programme configuration.
Enterprise Connect
Available on Mentorloop Enterprise. Enterprise Connect authorises calendar access across your organisation's domain, removing the need for individual participants to connect their own calendars at sign-up. Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable Enterprise Connect for your program.
How do participants set up video meetings in Mentorloop?
Participants can connect a Zoom or Microsoft Teams account to launch video meetings directly from within their loop. Both integrations must be enabled for your program from Programme configuration before participants can connect them.
Microsoft Teams is available on Mentorloop Enterprise only.
Can participants receive Mentorloop notifications in Slack?
Yes. Once the Slack integration is enabled for your program, participants can connect their Slack account to receive loop notifications, messages, and MQS surveys directly in Slack, without needing to log into Mentorloop separately.
The Slack integration must be enabled from Programme configuration before participants can connect it. For participant-facing instructions on connecting Slack, see How to connect Slack to Mentorloop.
Does Mentorloop support Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Yes. Mentorloop supports SSO so participants can authenticate securely using a single set of credentials. Social sign-on via Google and LinkedIn is also available, allowing participants to sign up and log in without a separate password.
SSO is an Enterprise feature. Contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss enabling SSO for your program.
Does Mentorloop integrate with Salesforce?
Yes. The Salesforce integration enables two-way data synchronisation between Mentorloop and Salesforce, giving you a complete picture of your community or membership base alongside your mentoring program data. Contact your Customer Success Manager for more information about setting up the Salesforce integration.
