How do I download the Mentorloop mobile app?
The Mentorloop mobile app is free on iOS and Android. Once downloaded, participants can access their loop, send messages, complete surveys, and receive push notifications, keeping mentoring front of mind without needing to log in via a browser.

Push notifications for MQS and post-meeting surveys
Participants who have push notifications enabled are automatically prompted to complete their MQS and post-meeting surveys via the mobile app. Encouraging your participants to download the app and turn on notifications is a simple way to improve survey completion rates.
Note: push notifications apply to MQS and post-meeting surveys. The closed-loop survey is completed from within the loop itself and is not triggered by a push notification.
Does Mentorloop support Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Yes. Mentorloop supports SSO so participants can authenticate securely using a single set of credentials across multiple applications. Social sign-on via Google and LinkedIn is also available, so participants can sign up and log in without needing a separate password.

Enterprise Connect

How do I set up video meetings in Mentorloop?
Connect a Zoom or Microsoft Teams account to launch video meetings directly from within your 1:1 loop. No need to copy links or switch apps, everything stays in Mentorloop.

Can I receive Mentorloop notifications in Slack?
Yes. The Slack integration surfaces mentoring activity in the tools participants already use every day, making it easier to stay engaged without needing to log into Mentorloop separately.
