Mentorloop gives Program Coordinators a range of tools to track and communicate the impact of their mentoring program: Participant Testimonials, the Dashboard Report, Surveys, Infographics, the Monthly Digest Email, Program Exports, and, for Enterprise customers, the Organisation Dashboard.
Who can access these tools?
All reporting tools on this page are available to Program Coordinators from the program dashboard. Not sure where to find them? See The Program Coordinator Dashboard for a full navigation guide.
Note: some tools, such as the Dashboard Report and Program Exports, may show different interaction figures depending on which data source you use. See the Dashboard Report section below for more detail.
What are Participant Testimonials?
Participant Testimonials give your program a personal dimension. You'll find candid comments from participants about how their mentoring relationships are going, useful for understanding program health and for promoting your program to prospective participants.
How do I download a Dashboard Report?
The Dashboard Report is a downloadable PDF that shows your program's performance across the five key indicators of a successful mentoring program. Generate it directly from your program dashboard whenever you need it.
You can filter by a specific date range or participant attributes (such as mentoring role or department) to generate more targeted, intentional reports.
A note on interaction counts
The Dashboard Report counts total interactions as Messages and Meetings only. If you're comparing this figure against data from a Program Export, you may notice a difference, the Loop Data Export counts all participant activities. Both figures are accurate; they're measuring slightly different things.
How do Mentorloop Surveys work?
Mentorloop Surveys let you create and send custom surveys to participants at any point in their mentoring journey. Use the results to measure program impact and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the experience.
There are three survey types to choose from:
- Impact Surveys – send at the start and end of your program to measure overall impact.
- Pulse Check Surveys – a regular point-in-time check-in to monitor participant feedback and surface success stories.
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) Survey – a simple, widely recognised measure of overall program satisfaction.
For full setup instructions, see Mentorloop Surveys.
Where can I find participant Infographics?
As a Program Coordinator, you have access to the Infographics tab within the Participants page. It provides a demographic breakdown of your participants across Gender, Experience, Outcomes, Skills, and Location, giving you a richer picture of who is in your program as it grows.
What is the Monthly Digest Email?
Once your program is live, Mentorloop automatically sends you a Monthly Digest Email at the start of each month. It gives you a top-line summary of your program's health metrics, no login required.
What is the Organisation Dashboard?
Enterprise plan only
The Organisation Dashboard is available to Org Admins on Mentorloop Enterprise. It is not available on the Pro plan.
The Organisation Dashboard gives Org Admins a cross-program view of their entire mentoring portfolio. Rather than reviewing programs one at a time, Org Admins can see high-level metrics, including participant numbers, MQS, and program status, across all programs in their organisation from a single screen.
For more detail on what you can see and do in this view, see the dedicated articles: The Organisation Dashboard and What are Organisation Insights and why do they matter?
How do I export my program data?
Export all your program data in one click, or download individual pages as needed. Your data is neatly organised into separate tabs for easy navigation.
For more detail on what each export contains and how to use it, see Export program data and track Participant activity and Exporting Data: Use cases and Best Practice.
