If you're not currently logged in to Mentorloop, email notifications are delivered instantly so you never miss an important update from your mentoring match.
How do I adjust my general email notification preferences?
General email notifications cover any messages, files, meetings, or notes shared with you by your mentoring match. You can choose to receive these instantly, once an hour, or once a day as a digest.
To update your preference:
Go to Account Settings
Update your notification preference to Instant, Hourly, or Daily
How do I adjust notifications for a group loop?
Group loops are shared mentoring spaces where multiple participants can connect and communicate together. You may want some group loops to notify you immediately, while others you'd prefer to check less often.
You can adjust group loop notification settings separately for each group loop, they're independent of your general notification preference.
To change the notification setting for a specific group loop:
- Open the group loop
- Tap the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner
- Select your preferred notification frequency
