Mentoring in one place 

A 1:1 loop is where you can record the happenings of your mentoring relationship with your mentor or mentee. Once you are matched with a mentor or mentee, you have access to a private 1:1 loop, from where you can:

• Communicate with one another and record your meeting notes
• Share files
• Schedule and launch meetings
• Create and share goals
• Preview your match's profile by clicking on their icon or name at the top 

The beauty of this loop is that, over time, it becomes your online journal that gives you an overview of your mentoring experience to date. 

Mentorloop allows for multiple connections so if you have more than one match, you will have separate 1:1 Loops - making it easier for you to manage your communications. You also have a 1:1 loop with your Program Coordinator as well if you need to reach out.
