To access your settings, navigate to the account menu in the top right of Mentorloop, just below your name. From here you can access your mentoring program(s), personal information, integrations and communication preferences.

This section enables you to access your program information should you wish to update it and also enables you to switch your matching availability.
If you are enrolled in multiple programs, you can easily switch between them via profile settings.

The Personal Information page allows you to update your Mentorloop account details such as your email, password, timezone, language, and notification settings.

Calendar Integration
Available calendar integrations: Google, iCloud, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Outlook.com

Enterprise Connect
What is it?
Enterprise Connect allows an organisation to authorise calendar access for Mentorloop, on the company domain. This removes the need for you as an individual to connect your calendar upon sign-up. This ensures a seamless scheduling experience for you and your mentoring partner, including calendar sync when a meeting is moved (in Mentorloop, or your connected calendar).
Disconnect your calendar in two simple steps:
- Navigate to your Account Menu in the top right of Mentorloop, and select Integrations.
- Select 'remove accounts'.
